Comment:  I don't think that any group deserves all fives, and I've said so while rating others on here. But Chi-O is very, very good. Strong involvement and visibility, good grades, just excellent all round Panhellenic examples. I know that DG is currently "first" on this site, and I like them as well, but honestly I would put both Chi-O and Phi Mu ahead of them. Just my opinion, but I am trying to rate honestly.
