Comment:  From a year ago to where they are at now, Phi Delt has made a name for themselves. There parties are crazy, they don't get killed in every sport like some frats actually did well in winter, and actually tries in everything like philanthropies. Strongest thing they have is their brotherhood, which is what a fraternity is all about.
