Comment:  The boys of Phi Kappa Theta are for the most part all super sweet guys. ALMOST all of them are respectful towards girls at NIU. A few of them are little over the top and can come off as being to forward and creepy. Overall, a great fraternity to go to and have a good time. They are always willing to party!
