Comment:  Honestly, Pi Kapp is not the best house on the row, but they are sooo much better than my freshman year. They have a lot of really cool guys (and yes I'm in a top sorority). They would have more events with my house this semester if their social chair wasn't such an absolute jerk. Regardless, I would definitely consider them upper mid-tier. It's sad that I probably won't be here when they become a top house.
