Comment:  D-Phi was the first fraternity EVER at Rutgers. They raised 16 grand by selling the official RU Football Blackout game shirts this year. They throw down in a pretty good off-campus chapter house, are involved in Keller sports, and boast a top 15 GPA among ALL fraternities at Rutgers. Much respect to these guys.
