Comment:  They are probably the best fraternity at GW. Sig Ep is up there with them but Sig Ep is definitely new to being one of the top houses because they always feel the need to justify themselves. If you ask them they will definitely say they are top house and mention how much better they are than Pike. But if you ask a Pike he'll just say, "Probably us" and leave it at that. Thats the best way to put it. Pike's at GW just know. Sig Ep's measure their relevance on campus by comparing them to Pike.
