Comment:  Chi Phi is really a melting pot. There are some douches and some really sociable guys. They definitely have a laid-back attitude and don't care much about their rep, making them one of the 'chillest' fraternities on campus. They throw some good parties welcome week and St. Patty's day was solid. Dirty house, but pretty independent and respectable, great brotherhood.
