Comment:  I don't understand why Theta Chi isn't ranked higher! The majority of their brothers are nice, polite, and welcoming, and they always throw good exchanges. Their Halloween party is by far, better than Theta Xi's, and they have an ideally located house. Plus, these guys are actually smart! I see them everywhere on campus, and they have a great turnout at IFC's study lounge. They seem to have a good balance of school, partying, and brotherhood.
