Comment:  Is it me or all the chapters that are ranked "low tier" work their asses off to be the best, have genuine personalities and are very involved. these "top tier" chapters do the exact opposite and break the rules. This chapter is super sweet, always including others, and take pride in their chapter no matter what everyone else thinks.
