Comment:  Simply put, a great frat to be in if you aren't a southern-frat personality. Laid-back guys, with diversity yet still all get along well. They don't want to creep into the top tier, and they have any need to. Everyone loves them as they are, and they'll probably stay pretty stable. Arguably, my favorite place to go. A couple creeps, but a couple top-notch guys too.
