Comment:  These guys are really hit or miss. They're classes have been inconsistent, but overall their freshman have a positive rep around campus. A couple seem to be everywhere! I've had some boring, some drunk, and some fun times as Chi Phi. Points for knowing their comfortable place as a solid mid-upper frat, and being chill with it.
