Comment:  Honestly, they're mid tier. No they're not as bad as everyone says but they are not as good as they say they are. They are quasi Greek with their inability to have a self respecting party at their house on account of being dry and the use of the phrase 'we don't need alcohol to have fun.' Umm, you're in a fraternity, by definition you need alcohol to have fun. So in closing if they didn't try hard they'd be overrated so we rightfully underrate them.
