Comment:  Gentlemen and scholars; Chi Phi's not only know how to party (ie, Luau= best Davis party of the year!), but they're smart too. Majority of guys are engineers, not your typical douchey communications major frat guys. Because they're a small house, they're close and truly know the meaning of brotherhood. And if you're a girl, these are the guys to party with. They're polite, fun, and will even walk you home to make sure you're safe, NOT so they can take advantage of you. Best frat at Davis by far!
