Comment:  Speaking from the heart, this house is up and coming. It's filled with a lot of nice guys that want to bring their rep up so badly its working against them. About a third of the guys in the house don't give a damn about the fraternity's rank and are just looking to have a good time. Try and meet some of those guys in the house before making any assumptions about the house as a whole. I wouldn't be surprised to see this house become a top house in the next few years.
