Comment:  I think theta chi is an up and coming house. They have had some problems with risk management, but I assume that the media likes to blow stories way out of proportions, especially those related to greek life. I see more and more of them wearing letters and showing up in numbers to events. Last year they were a stagnant house in my opinion, but this year they have shown a lot of ambition.
