Comment:  The guys at phi delta theta are on the rise. They have doubled their numbers and took in a great pledge class. Their older members have their quirks but it seems that once you get to know them you really appreciate their presence. They also have unbeatable parties and the most beautiful girls wind up at them. This fraternity has got me laid just by inviting me to their parties.
