Comment:  Their older guys from before the new house are weird and not attractive but the freshman and sophomores are super fun and a few are really cute. Even though they don't mix with everyone their open parties are always great. When the older guys are out gone and a few more good pledge classes they can be top tier. Plus adorable frat hound.
