Comment:  Delta Chi's are rude to other fraternities and sororities and talk horribly about them. When associating with these "FRATSTARS" as they go by, they were pushy, rude, and only looking to take someone home. They have an extreme amount of tattoos on their stomachs as we witnessed while they formed a group and took their shirts off.. Russian Awkward! I never hear of any philanthropy events put on by them, do they even have one? They should really monitor what they say on social media, it is public!
