Comment:  Once upon a time, Sig Nu, Zeta, 123, and AEPi dominated the frat rankings. AEPi moved down to the middle when they lost their house, and Sig Nu's just been turning into a huge stoner fraternity. Now they've lost their house? Come on guys. Still a good group of guys, really chill with some international kids, but these guys don't really have a future. No more house means they lose pretty much the only draw to being in the fraternity. The new sorority will also take the next available house.
