Comment:  Literally all the other fraternities on campus hate them as a chapter because they throw the best parties and don't try hard to be the "frattiest guys on campus". Girls leave other fraternities parties and steal their alcohol just to go to Phi Delt. Some douche bags, but definitely a bunch of attractive guys. They are top tier but probably number 2 fraternity behind sigma chi because of grades and involvement. Ask any girl that's been to a Phi Delt party how she feels about them
