Comment:  I don't know why people are giving low rankings for "not knowing" the Skulls. If you don't know someone, how can you say they suck? Anyway... they do a lot of "unofficial" events. Very selective group from what I've heard. They'd rather be small and tight knit than huge and well known. Get to know them and you'll have a good time... or don't and be a hater.
