Comment:  Gamma Phi Beta, based on PC13 and their overall return rate during recruitment, has broken into the top tier. They might not be recognized that way yet by other chapters on campus whom are so resistant to change but will be over time. Lots of pretty/hot girls and once the older girls graduate, they will be even better. Think "girl next door" though they can be a little stuck up. Overall, if your the attractive good girl type this is the place for you.
