Comment:  You would think Chi O was a top tier. But they're so uninvolved on campus, it's kinda like they don't exist at all. Don't get me wrong, they look good. They seem to have a semi-strong sisterhood, and they do like to party, but they don't do anything philanthropy wise or help out with other organizations' philanthropy events at all.
