Comment:  Definitely middle tier. They party. A LOT. I tend to swing by there, and I've never seen that many girls. Usually about 5 or 6 that every guy tries to hit on. Haven't seen them on campus, or do a philanthropy, or really anything but party. They've got the social part down, they just really need to clean up and do things that are beneficial to.... well... anyone.
