Comment:  Some VERY cool guys but their restrictions on parties are ridiculous.... They're the only frat on campus that doesn't allow outside guys to go to their parties... At least some other frats will allow it if they're willing to cough up $10 or so.. I guess Phi Psi is too afraid of having a little competition with the ladies lmao
