Comment:  Delta Chi is one of the best fraternities this campus has. Maybe they do party too hard sometimes, but what fraternity doesn't? They have come a long way over the past few years and I think this will continue in the future. They have a great brotherhood but needs to use this to their advantage with recruitment. Keep working hard and better things will come!!
