Comment:  Delta Kappa Epsilon is just making its way back on to Troy's campus. They did not have a very successful start, and only recruited about 10 guys. Mediocre guys at that. They could pick up the pace in the near future, but with the size of Troy and the existing reputation of other fraternities on campus, I don't see it happening.
