Comment:  Delta Chi is easily one of the bottom fraternities at Troy. Small or bad pledge classes have pretty much killed their presence on campus. The only Delta Chi's I ever see are the 80 year old alumni still on campus. They have a few decent guys just like every other fraternity, but are not near as good as they might make themselves out to be.
