Comment:  Sig Ep is a charity fraternity, i.e. if you want a bid they will give you one. About 10 percent of the house is cool but the rest is filled with a bunch of weirdo's. Give out way too many bid's. Plus whenever girls come to their parties they show them way too much attention like they have never talked to a girl. Maybe bottom of the top tier.
