Comment:  Definitely way different than what you expect. Used to have a not-so-great reputation and you can still see it in the older girls but the younger kappas are literally the exact opposite - they have pretty girls and they know how to have fun. No idea how they did it but the chapter has definitely turned around and is becoming really great to have socials with and work with
