Comment:  Not a top house not even close, if anything middle or bottom middle tier. Parties are not good and try to hard when they have them, the neighboring houses like Sigma Nu or Kappa Sig will throw better parties, although its hard to say as Kappa Sigma hasn't done any IFC parties since they got their house back. Even at that, Theta Chis are a rarity on campus and even DU throws a better party which is just sad lol
