Comment:  Their house (Caddyshack) is definitely one of the best party houses on campus. Emmys, Fraters, and Cosmos are the big 3 but Phi Sig could turn it around if they get one good pledge class. The guys are very friendly and party with all the best sororities but one or two individuals ruin their "coolness" factor. They are in a difficult spot with trying to increase the size of the fraternity but at the same time making sure that the guys they let in are cool with everybody and help the reputation.
