Comment:  Pi Kappa Phi is full of a bunch of guys who think they have a brotherhood when they are split and only tolerate each other. They recruit anyone who wants to join and need to work on initiating people that actually will be involved rather than accepting anyone. Thats not what its about. Actually make people work to get in accepting everyone makes you less attractive
