Comment:  Theta Xi will never be top tier just as much as it will never be bottom tier. These are good guys, a little dorky but great guys with a tight brotherhood. From what I've seen it's true that a small number of them can be a little creepy and maybe a few aren't the best looking guys on campus. But overall they are great guys to have some fun with, they're all nice and throw some great parties.
