Comment:  As a senior in an NYU sorority, I can honestly say I?ve watched these boys go from ?the nice guy frat? to one of the top frats on campus practically overnight. Easily my fav to mix with right now. Good leadership has def helped them grow, their new president apparently was in a state school SigEp (UVA maybe?) before he transferred to NYU.
