Comment:  everyone likes newbies when they first arrive. everyone is supportive and enthusiastic. Come this time next year they'll be fighting for survival among the worst because no one actually wants to be a part of a house that has no tradition or history on campus. and honestly, this house has really sad history here and it's not something to be proud of. good luck trying to re-brand this bottom tier house.
