Comment:  Phi Delt is on the rise. Any strength in fraternity is good for the greek system. But a bit of advice from an onlooker: try to have at least a BIT of class (that goes for you too, new guys) because right now you have zero. Second, fratty looks and clothing is awesome but let it come naturally, most of you look fake. Third, don't stir the pot for the sake of it. You're gaining a bad reputation for screwing things up. Seem to like to have a good time though, and their brotherhood seems strong.
