Comment:  Chi O is full of awesome, nice, beautiful girls that always know how to have a good time. They are the perfect blend of kappas, betas, and tri deltas. I feel like their PC is closer than any other this year. PLUS supposedly they have the highest GPA on campus. I'm envious of these girls because it seems like they have it all. Top tier for sure.
