Comment:  Theta Xi deserves to have a top spot. Not based off this website but just based off the way they behave. They're gentlemen, they'll welcome you in and theyll keep you entertained. They talk to you before asking you to dance or play games or whatever. If youre ever alone theyll bring you into a group or theyll invite you to play games. I don't care about the childish down ranking. All you need to know is they're fun.
