Comment:  How can you say for sure whether these guys are self-ranking? Their house is huge so they're clearly not recruiting, also it's entirely possible that people outside their house would know something as stupid as who won house sweetheart... And as far as the "up and coming" comments go, no they're not a top house, but if the only way you can deal with the reality of them becoming one is by bashing them on Greek rank that's pretty sad. Whether you're in Sig Chi or ZBT: downranking is just as bad.
