Comment:  Indian Interest group. not to say that a non-IFC group can't mean something to a group of people but even among the typical brown interest groups delta epsilon psi and iota nu delta, bxo is lower tier: badly dressed, poor academics, belligerent, and no game unless there's alcohol involved but decent at rushing and throwing events (at clubs).
