Comment:  These guys lack confidence. They see themselves as being similar to fraternities at bigger Greek schools. The problem is that they're not old money, not WASP's, and they do not even have a real pledge program. All of that is perfectly fine, especially at UNCG. What is not fine is to act like you are/ have those things. What is worse is to self-rank yourselves and rank others downward, and drag the rest of the Greek system through the mud for your fairy tale, made up "image."
