Comment:  Have perennially been one of the best on campus since 1959 & will continue to do so. It is good that they don't open up their parties to everyone because really, if you don't know anyone at the house, you probably don't need to be over there. Their huge fence around the house keeps it private & would be nice if they didn't build all of those apartments around the house, because they used to have huge parties, but now all the people in the apartments complain if there is noise after 11 pm.
