Comment:  These girls have the "cheerleader effect," you think they're all pretty until you look at them individually. During recruitment I see girls in XO letters I never even knew were greek. I know some very nice, pretty sweet girls from this chapter but if you don't get a 4.0 and act up to their standards of "classiness" 100% of the time you can be outcast. I've heard lots of sisterhood horror stories. Definitely looks more desirable before recruitment than after, much like the other upstairs chapter
