Comment:  it's really too soon to be rating them. it's really not fair. HOWEVER, to all the adp's out there reading and obsessing on these ratings, please get over it. you are new and it is going to take a bit for you to get it all together. don't make the mistake of another unfortunate group that thought they should rush awesome right out of the gate. be realistic and it will all be just fine.
