Comment:  Oldest active fraternity in Davis. Historically top house, but the last 4 years were rough due to constantly being on probation and restricted registration. HOWEVER, the last 3 quarters have brought them back! Currently 45 brothers strong, with an upwards trend that will carry over well into the next couple of years. This frat has everything to be top house: best location ever, nicest frat house in all of Davis with so much history, and the best parties ever. In 2 quarters, they're top house.
