Comment:  They COBed this year. Continuous Open Bidding- letting girls in all year long because they did not meet quota during recruitment, and or lost too many pledges first semester. The houses who do this at mizzou are Phi Mu, Tri Sig, Alpha Phi, and possibly DG. There you have it- the undisputed bottom tier.
