Comment:  Remember when SAE was a top house? Oh, how the mighty have fallen. These shallow rich boys are just about played out here on Chapman's campus, where they need to do some major work on their rep or face extinction. Between trying to be "exclusive" and declining severely in popularity, their numbers are dwindling. Protip: Those of us outside the frat don't care about your "brotherhood" but what you bring to the people who AREN'T paying dues to you. As of right now, it's all negative.
