Comment:  Maybe not number one on campus, depending who you ask. But they seem to have their act together and are working hard to maintain a classy image on campus. Naturally, every chapter has "that girl" who isn't quite as classy or as sweet, but most Sigma Kappa's are great girls with good intentions.
