Comment:  Even though you might be getting a new house and have a ton of brothers does not mean that you are top tier. Most of the guys are losers in this fraternity and a new house will not put them up. Just look at Kappa Sig. Nice guys there with a new house but still not at the top. Oh and handing out free bids to every Sig EP is retarded because you will have division and not a brotherhood.
